  • ඔයිල් එකෙන් බිංදු හතර පහක් ගන්න. අත්ලට නොව ඇඟිලි තුඩට ගන්න.
  • හොඳින් පිරිසිදු කර හොදින් පිසදාගත් මුහුණට ගල්වන්න. නැත්නම් ශරීරයේ කැමති තැනකට ගල්වන්න. .
  • කවාකාවර ආලේප කරන්න.
  • ඔයිල් එක සමට උරාගන්නා තුරැ මෘදුව කවාකාවර පිරිමදින්න.
  • එසේම සමට උරාගන්නා ලෙස තබන්න.
  • උදෑසනට සහ රාත්‍රීයේ නින්දට යන්නට පෙර ගල්වන්න.
  • දිනපතා පාවිචචි කළ හැකියි.
  • සාර්ථක ප්‍රතිඵල සඳහා අවම වශයෙන් මාස දෙකක්වත් පාවිචචි කරන්න.
  • වෙනත් ආලේපන සමඟ වුවද පාවිචිචි කළ හැකියි.

  • Take four or five drops to the fingertips, not on the palms.
