How To Use

  • තෙල් සහිත සමකටනම් වතුර මුසුකළත් ප්‍රමාණවත්.
  • වියලි සමකට යෝගට්, මුදවපු කිරි, කිරි හෝ මී පැණි ගන්න. අලුත මිරිකාගත් කැරට් යුෂ හෝ දොඩම් යුෂ හෝ අර්තාපල් යුෂ දැමීමෙන් ප්‍රතිඵල දෙගුණ වේ.
  • හොදින් ඇතිවෙන්න මුසුකර ක්‍රීමි පැක් එකක් සාදාගන්න. හොදින් මුසුකරන්න. මුහුණේ ගැල්විය හැකිතරම් ක්‍රීම් ගතියෙන් යුතු පේස්ට් එකක් සාදාගන්න.
  • පැක් එක පාවිච්චියට පෙර උණු වතුර ටිකකින් තවන්න. සතියකට 1 දිනයක් මුහුණ ස්ටීම් කර පැක් එක දාන්න.
  • හොදින් පිසදාගත් මුහුණට ගෙළට පැක් එක ආලේප කරන්න. තරමක් ඝනකම් තට්ටුවක් සේ ආලේප කරන්න. විනාඩි 40 ක් තබන්න.
  • විනාඩි 40 ට පසුව හෝ පැක් එක හොඳින් වියලුන පසුව තෙත අතින් මෘදුව ස්ක්‍රබ් කරමින්ම (විනාඩි 10 ක් පමණ ගෙන) වියලි පැක් එක ස්ක්‍රබ් කරමින් (කවාකාරව මෘදුව පිරිමදිමින්) ඉවත්කරන්න.
  • වියලි සමක්නම් සීතල වතුරින්ද ඔයිලි සමක්නම් උණු වතුරින්ද සාමාන්‍ය සමක්නම් සාමාන්‍ය වතුරින්ද සෝදා යවන්න.
  • උදේ කාලයේ සවස් කාලයේ හෝ රාත්‍රී කාලයේ කියා වෙනසක් නෑ. ඕනම වෙලාවක පැක් එක පාවිචිචි කළ හැකියි.
  • පැක් එක පාවිච්චි කිරීමෙන් පසුව අයිස් වතුර පොදකින් මුහුණ ටෝනර් කරන්න.
  • ස්වභාවික රෑප සත්කාරයක් නිසා නිතර නිතර කළ හැකියි.

  • For an oily skin, water is best.
  • Take yogurt, curd, milk or bee honey for dry skin. Adding freshly squeezed carrot juice or orange juice or potato juice doubles the results.
  • Mix well. Make a thick, creamy paste that can be applied on the face.
  • Massage your face a little with hot water before using the pack. Steam the face 1 day a week and put the pack on.
  • Apply the pack around the neck & over the face once well wiped & dried. Apply as a fairly thick layer. Leave for 40 minutes.
  • After 40 minutes or after the pack is well dried, gently scrub with a damp hand (about 10 minutes) and remove by scrubbing the dry pack (gently massaging in a circle).
  • Wash dry skin with cold water, oily skin with hot water and normal skin with lukewarm water.
  • It does not matter if it is morning, evening or night. The pack can be used at any time.
  • Toner your face with a pinch of ice water after using the pack.
