How to Use
- කස්තුරි කහ පවුඩර් එකෙන් තේ හැදි 1 සිට 2 දක්වා ප්රමාණයක් ගන්න. පිරිසිදු බෝල් එකකට දමන්න.
- එයට වතුර තේ හැදි 4 ක් 6 ක් පමණ එක්කරන්න. කැමතිනම් යෝගට් හෝ කිරි දැමිය හැකියි. ස්කින් එක ඔයිලිනම් වතුර පමණක් නිර්දේශ කරයි.
- හොදින් මුසුකරමින් ක්රීමි පේස්ට් එකක් සාදාගන්න. අවශ්යනම් මෙයට මුං ඇට පවුඩර් තේ හැදි 1 ක් සහ හාල් පිටි තේ හැදි 1 ක් මුසුකර ගත හැකියි. මාක්ස් සඳහා එය හොඳයි
- උණු වතුර ස්පොන්ජ් එකකින් හොඳින් මුහුණ තවන්න. නැත්නම් විනාඩි 3 ක් ස්ටීම් කරන්න.
- හොදින් මුහුණ පිසදා සාදාගත් ආලේපනය ආලේප කරන්න
- විනාඩි 30 ක් ආලේපනය වියලෙනතුරු තබන්න
- දැන් අත තෙමාගෙන මෘදුව ස්ක්රබ් කරන්න. විනාඩි 5 ක් පමණ
- ඉන් පසුව සෝදන්න
- සතියකට දින 3 සිට 5 දක්වා වාරයක් පාවිච්චි කළ හැකියි
- දිනපතා හවසට විනාඩි පහක් අවශ්යනම් දැමිය හැකියි. ඒ කියන්නේ ක්ලෙන්සර් එකක් ලෙසින්. එහෙම කරනවානම් එයට හාල් පිටි ටිකක් එකතුකරන්න
- මුහුනට මෙන්ම ශරීරයේ ඕනම තැනක් සඳහා භාවිතා කළ හැකියි
- පිම්පල් ස්කින් එකකට කරනවානම් මී පැනි එකතුකරන්න.
- Take 1 to 2 teaspoons of Kasturi Haldi powder & put in a clean bowl.
- Add about 4 to 6 teaspoons of water to it. You can add yogurt or milk if desired. Only water is recommended for oil skin.
- Mix well to make a thick, creamy paste. If desired, you can mix 1 teaspoon of green gram powder and 1 teaspoon of rice flour. That’s an effective combination for skins with marks.
- Pat your face well with a hot water sponge. Or steam for 3 minutes.
- Wipe the face thoroughly and apply the prepared pack.
- Leave the pack on for 30 minutes to dry
- Now scrub your face with a damp hand for about 5 minutes.
- The wash it off.
- Use 3 to 5 days a week
- You can put on the pack for five minutes daily in the evening as a cleanser. If so, add some rice flour to it.
- Can be used for face as well as any part of the body
- If you apply it for a skin with pimples, add honey.
