• මුලින්ම උණු වතුරින් මුහුණ තවන්න, විනාඩි 3 ක් පමණ.
• පසුව ස්ක්‍රබ් එකෙන් තේ හැදි 1 ක් පමණ ගෙන කොමාරිකා සාරය (ඇලෝජෙල් ) හෝ මී පැණි හෝ වතුර සමඟ මුසුකර උකු පේස්ට් එකක් හදාගන්න. එය මුහුණට ගල්වා (විශේෂයෙන් කැලැල් + පිග්මන්ටේෂන් ඇති ස්ථානවල හොඳින්) විනාඩි 20 ක් පමණ තෙත අතින් කවාකාරව ස්ක්‍රබ් කරන්න. පසුව සෝදාහරින්න.

How to use Chaya Pack + Scrub ?

• Both the Chaya Scrub and the Pack come as a powder.
• First soak the face in hot water, about 3 minutes.
• Then take about 1 teaspoon of the scrub and mix it with aloe vera extract, bee honey or water to make a thick paste. Apply it on the face (especially in areas with scars + pigmentation) and scrub with a damp hand for about 20 minutes. Then wash off.
• Then bring about 2 teaspoons of the pack and mix it with water or bee honey and make a thick, creamy paste and apply it on the face. Hold the pack well on your face for 45 minutes and let it dry.
• Now wet your hands again and scrub until the dry pack is gone. Massage in a circle.
• Now wash with cold water.
• Finally toner your face with a little ice water. Wipe.
• Stay minimum 1 hour before applying any ointment
